Mail merge templates created in Writer using the Potentials module won't allow using Lookup Fields from any of the modules associated with the Potential. The search type fields simply do not appear as an option to be inserted in the document.
This is a problem, as many fields are of the "seach type" in CRM, linking one module to another, and therefore one cannot use mail merging using those fields.
We detected this bug a long time ago and are surprised to see it here still.
Please verify the bug and fix it.
