I'd like to report a bug that is affecting our work.
We have the Mailchimp add-in installed and we have configured it to be accessed by two profiles, Admin and Marketing:
However, when users with the Marketing profile try to use the Mailchimp tab they see this:
I tried to fix this problem with help from Zoho Support and the thread is here:
However, the outcome of our support sessions is that the Mailchimp add-in is only accessible to admins. Clearly this is a bug, as the configuration window allows me to choose profiles other than Admin.
Could you please take a look at this bug and try to fix it?
