When logged in, you can only see your bugs, or bugs assigned to you. 

Is there any higher level reporting for bugs ?  We require the ability:

• To see all bugs for a specific project (resolved and unresolved) - like you can see Task Lists and Tasks for a project. 
• To see all bugs across all projects - with the ability to filter by user or project.
