Bug with search tool

First off, this shouldn't be an anonymous post, but for some reason, I get a user name and password do not match error when I tried to log in.

Second, when entering a search string in the search box on the top right hand side of any of the tab screens (Accounts, leads, activities, etc), if I hit enter instead of clicking on the go button, it just brings me back to the previous screen. It does not perform the search.

Any ideas or help?
