Bug: WYSIWYG editor excessive bottom margin

I'm pretty sure this is a new issue in the last couple of days.
The WYSIWYG editor is setting the bottom of the edit area a long way from the bottom of the window, leaving a large wasted space that should instead be dedicated to the edit area.
Here is a screen cap.
This issue shows up across multiple zoho wiki sites, and happens on both Firefox and Chrome, on Windows. (7-64).
