The Task Issue Mapping module in Advance Analytics for Zoho Projects allows you to map the Bugs with the associated Tasks. This enables you to analyze the number of bugs raised for each task across Projects.

For example, the following report illustrates the Overview of Bugs in each Task based on Priority and Severity. This report enables you to track the showstopper/Critical bugs in the High Priority Tasks across the Projects. You can also track the Task Owners and Bug Owners of the corresponding items to address the issue and converge the projects immediately.  

1. Open the Advanced Analytics for Zoho Project workspace.
2. Click Create > Pivot View.
3. Add the following columns to the Row shelf.
• Bugs Table
• Project Name
• Bug Title
• Status
• Assignee
• Severity
• Tasks table
• Tasks Name
• Owner
• Priority
  
  




4. In the User Filters tab add the following columns.
• Bugs Table
• Project Name
• Bug Title
• Status
• Assignee
• Severity
  
• Tasks table
  
• Tasks Name
• Owner
• Priority
  
  




5. Select the Click here to generate graph button. The pivot view will be generated.
   
6. Save the report and customize the theme as needed.
