It would be nice if there was a tab called "Stream" or "Feed"
This page would basically give me an overview of what my team is doing and has done. Here is an example from another tool:
It would have something like:
team member > changed lead companyA status to dead
team member > changed lead companyB status to contacted
team member > converted lead companyC to account
