Bulk task or milestone creation via import or template?

Can a set of tasks or milestones be created by importing (eg, from a delimited file), or from a template of multiple tasks?

We frequently create sets of tasks associated with an event. Each task has a different date relative to the event date. 

In Google Calendar and AirSet for example, we can import a csv file that creates a set of tasks. (We use an excel template to calculate the task deadlines now).

Is bulk task creation possible in this way?
