Business: sharing and security backups
Hi,
Just a simple question while watching your new Zoho Docs video at your blog: if a group of members of one company are sharing their files at Zoho Docs, there must be anyone worried about security and backups? Employees deleting files by mistake, or deliberately, user password shared outside the office, etc.
I mean, at this moment my docs are in my server in my office. I do not say safer than in your servers, but accident happens.
I am really worried about the accidental lost of files (by user, by system)
How should I act if I was Zoho Business administrator? If I am in the cloud, I do want to feel myself save in there. Where are the tools to recover a file deleted yesterday?
