Business case for moving from ACT to Zoho CRM - any help appreciated

 

Hello, I am building a business case for moving from ACT to Zoho CRM. I thought of asking on this forum. If you moved from ACT to Zoho CRM:

- what did you find annoying in ACT?

- what were the reasons that convinced you to move to Zoho CRM and away from ACT?

- was the migration from ACT to Zoho CRM easy? Were there any data that you could not migrate?

- and now that you are using Zoho CRM, are you glad you moved away from ACT?
