Business email

I have created a business email from my zoho account. This new business email doesn't receive any messages into the inbox that it is sharing with my zoho email. I can send messages from it but it won't receive any that I send from my gmail. I am therefore unable to verify this new email and it may get closed down. I also created another user who has its own inbox that I can log in to. This user doesn't receive any messages either, but can send messages out. I have tried everything I could possibly think of and have no idea where the problem is. Please help!
