I'm with Zoho creator since 2008, I have seen all your up and down features, and one of thing you really don't bother is disturb your existing users. Previously I had 5 users, logo, 10 Apps and backup plan included. Suddenly I noticed my plan shifted from Business Free to Personal Free.

Now I'm getting 2 users, No backup, No logo and 3 apps.

It feels like bluff, this is not the way you treat with your loyal users. 

I will really appreciate, pls remain me in my existing plan.
