Business hours in reports
Hi. If I activate the business hours for my tickets. Does it affect in reports? I mean, if before, without working hours a ticket comes in on a Monday and closes the following Monday, in the resolution time in working hours I get 7 days.
I want to know that if I set a working time from Monday to Friday, if a ticket comes in on Monday and closes the following Monday, the resolution time in working time is 5 days.
