Currently evaluating Zoho against a few other CRMs. One we would like to do is have the ability to record the fact that a call has taken place with a Contact within an Account. Jumping through the Add Call is a chore. I see we can have buttons but this code thing is not my strength.
Is it possible to have a series of buttons on a Contact Record - Call 30 Mins, Call 1 Hour, Call 1.5 Hour, Call 2 Hour. Start time of call when the button is clicked minus the duration of the call. So if I clicked the 30 Minute button at 0930, start time would have been 0900.
Or is there a better way?
