Buying a new domain not working
I am unable to buy a domain name while on sites. I opened a ticket to support and they said to try to uncheck the box that says automatically renew. I tried that and was able to get to the pay page and entered my credit card info, an error came up saying there was a problem with the credit card. The error went away quickly, and I needed a screenshot for support so I tried it two more times so I could get the screenshot.
I found I was actually getting charged on my credit card $10 each time. So I have no domain name, I'm out $30 dollars and no one from support will reply or help after days of waiting.
What do I have to do? My experience with Zoho has been good up until this horrible experience.
Registering a domain from Zoho doesn't even work, Support couldn't do it either. Why have broken/untested features on the site that just don't even work?!
