buying domain home address issue

I'm attempting to buy a domain thru Zoho but it keeps telling me that my home address door # and/or zip code is wrong. I know it's EXACTLY right, because I went to my bank's online site and did a copy/paste to be sure it said "Apt 7" instead of "#7" and etc. Still get same error. Wondered if it wasn't refreshing the data, so I cancelled out of the registration and went back in, entering info all over again. Same error. Very frustrating!
