Calculating Project Margins and Revenue per Hour in Zoho Analytics Using Data from Zoho Projects and Zoho Expense
Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to use Zoho Analytics to calculate taxes and margins for the projects available in Zoho Projects, while also including the expenses recorded in Zoho Expense.
I’m looking to build a dashboard that calculates the project margin using the following formula:
Margin = Project Budget (varies by project) – Taxes – Costs
Here’s how each element is defined:

Taxes are calculated as:
Project Budget * 0.78 * 0.05 + Project Budget * 0.78 * 0.2607 -
Costs are the expenses linked to the project from Zoho Expense.
Important note: If a cost is split across multiple projects, only the portion of the cost associated with the specific project should be included in the project’s total cost.
Additionally, I’d like to calculate the revenue per hour worked, with the following formula:
Revenue per Hour = (Project Budget – Taxes – Costs) / Total Hours Logged in the Timesheet for the Project
My Questions:

Is it possible to achieve this type of calculation using Zoho Analytics?

Hi, I'm testing Workdrive as a replacement for Onedrive. On a laptop/Windows this works fine. It syncs between devices and when I open a file, it opens the file in its native app. However, the Workdrive Android app seems to work differently. I spent all day on this, a simple problem. Add a note to a lead, retrieve the notes from the lead. Finding samples and documentation is VERY difficult BECAUSE the versioning is totally non-standard. The php SDK doesn't follow SemVer. I suppose it mayCall transcrition working for ringcentral?
