Caldav - Can't sync "My Calendars" other than Personal

Caldav - Can't sync "My Calendars" other than Personal

"Personal" calendar has been syncing fine. However, I can't get any other calendars under "My Calendars" to appear on my caldav client. I am not using an officially supported client (davdroid) since you don't support android, but I would appreciate someone looking into the problem server-side and any other information you might have.

What I've tried:
  1. I enabled caldav sync in the zoho web interface for my extra calendars at Settings->Sync->Caldav.
  2. I used "https://calendar.zoho.com" for the sync URL. This only gives 1 calendar, "Personal".
  3. I re-added my account in my client with the above URL. Still only 1 calendar available.
  4. I tried using " https://calendar.zoho.com/caldav/{Calendar ID}/events" format in my client, using the ID of my 2nd calendar. After querying the URL, it still displays "Personal" as the only available calendar.
