Calendar booking information entered by "booker" lost.
The calendar booking form asks the candidate to enter their name, email address, and phone number. The system correctly connects the booking with a candidate record if the email address matches a candidate's email address when booking an interview. However, the system does not update or add a phone number to the connected candidate record, even if the candidate record does not include a phone number. The information they entered in the calendar booking is not even included as a note in the scheduled interview. Thus, the phone number the candidate supplied as their preferred contact method is lost forever.
The candidate entered information in the calendar booking form should be retained, either by updating or adding the phone number to the candidate's record. Or, at the very least, adding a note to the candidate's record or interview record that includes the name, email address, and phone number entered by the candidate on the booking form.
