As a user of Zoho Mail via the Mac client, when a calendar pop-up reminder "pops" at reminder interval, I should be able to click on the reminder to open a new tab that is detail view of the event.
The current behavior only allows for Dismiss of Snooze. One must then manually switch to calendar, click on the item, then click View to get the new tab with event details.

As a user of Zoho Mail via the Mac client, when a meeting invite arrives in my mailbox, the formatted preview provided by Zoho should indicate if:
- The time is free
- The time is busy
- The time is free but adjacent to another appointment
The current behavior requires the user to note the data and time, switch from Mail to Calendar view, navigate to that data and time and check their own availability before switching back to Mail view to Accept / Decline / Maybe.
Story #3
As a user of Zoho Mail via the Mac client, when a meeting invite arrives in my mailbox & when I am browsing my calendar I should be able to visually via colors, cross-hatching, or similar be able to quickly distinguish between accepted meetings and pending invites.
The current behavior renders them the same in the UI making you unsure which meetings you are actually attending vs. just invited to.
