Calendar Help

I am new to CRM and I am having trouble setting up a calendar so that everyone in our company can view it...  Since this works with Google plug in I made a new calendar in Google and gave several people access to view it.  But when they sign into the CRM they can not see what I have put out there.  The admins can see everyone's calendar.  I am sure I have missed a stepped or have something not set correctly in settings.
