Hello - Every time that I get an invite from an individual in a different time zone the event is placed on my calendar in unconverted time.

Ex. An individual invited me to a meeting at 8 am CST. When the invite came in it said that the event was at 8 am EST. I checked my calendar and it is on there at 8 am EST. 

Please let me know what I can do. My time zone setting is EST.
