Calendar is reminding me of events

Calendar is reminding me of events

Greetings, I set Zoho calendar up months ago and it was working fine. Now I am not getting reminders. Did something change? I reviewed each event set-up and it looks correct. It makes me wonder if Zoho has "dropped" me because I use the calendar for free? Thank you.
