Calendar not accurate to subscribed users.

Calendar not accurate to subscribed users.

We have used an html from our zoho calendar to our web page for a few years now, but recently it is not syncing properly for subscribed users. We changed some recurring events, but although they reflect correctly on our web page subscribed users are not getting those changes like they used to.  Any thoughts as to what to do without disrupting the subscribed users?  As a test I deleted the subscribed calendars and re-subscribed.  Still got the original data - not the recent changes.  So Zoho and my web site have the same info, but my subscribed calendar does not.
This is on my mac - I have not tried with any other service or OS.  All I can say is that this used to work.

We also want people to be able to subscribe to calendars on our site, but I cannot seem to find how to set this up any longer.  Keep in mind I did this about three years ago and have not looked at it since.
