Calendar not showing events in the time zone selected
Hi everybody,
We selected a time zone for our calendar and profile (and therefore across the account) that is different from the time zone that we are accessing the account from (most of the time).
There is a reason why we are doing this!
However, the calendar is always showing the date and time of day of the time zone we are accessing Zoho from.
This is wrong. And it happens on all other user accounts, too. Regardless of whether they are paid (our account is a paid account) or free accounts.
Similarly, when accessing some accounts (free), there is a notice - see below - about modifying the time zone. We always (!) select : no, not now. But again, the calendar and all events are showing the time of day of the current location. Which - again - is not what we want.
Why on Earth do we have the option to modify time zone settings if whatever we are choosing is being ignored?
Just to make be clear - the time zone has been set both in the Mail / Calendar settings and it is identical with the profile time zone settings. And we are using the calendar option from within Zoho Mail, we have a paid account and we are accessing Zoho only via the web.
Please, if something is wrong, fix it. If we are making a mistake, please let us know what we need to do differently.
