Calendar submissions not showing up

So I have an original calendar that works fine but when I add additional calendars, the event is being pulled to the original calendar but not showing on the new calendars.

For example

1) I have calendar "maidsinblack"
2) I have a calendar for "philadlephia"

If i enter an event on philadelphia, it does not show up on philadelphia but I then see it on "maidsinblack".

Am I doing something wrong?
