Calendar sync - Outlook to Zoho but not Zoho to Outlook

Calendar sync - Outlook to Zoho but not Zoho to Outlook

I've installed the Zoho Outlook plug-in and it works very well sync-ing my Outlook calendar events to my Zoho but it doesn't seem to sync my Zoho events to my Outlook calendar. There must be something I'm missing ...

I'm using Windows 8 (64 bit) and Outlook 2007 (32 bit). Do you have any suggestions?
