Calendar Synch. with OUtllok

I am trying to synch my calendar with Zoho from outlook... It gets about half way through the "Reading Appointments" stage and gives me the error "Error while getting calendar details form outlook."

Can someone shed any light on this.... It is a pretty obscure message with little detail.
