Hi, I'm looking for a way to create a field/report/view/app to provide a quick way of seeing the Potentials that aren't Closed Won and who have a Last Modified date of X e.g. 30 days +, 60 days +, 90 days +, 120 + etc.
This way we can see which customers need following up in order of importance, with the longest being the most important.
In case you're wondering, our business is such that an Potential can sometimes take up to 3 years to close from the initial lead. But their enquiries can easily get lost in Zoho CRM.
Does anybody have any ideas about how to approach this?
