Call center - best practices

Hello,

We are using zohocrm for our call agents but i'm not happy with the admin overhead!
We are using activities for every call. The call agent has to close the task and create a new one as follow up call. Also if the call agent can not reach the prospect.

I'm looking for best practices in using zohocrm in a call center environment.
