Call Centre

Create an application to be used by a telemarketing sales company. They need to create campaigns, in which companies & contacts are linked. A caller needs to have user rights to only the campaigns calls and compaines that they are linked to. The calls need to have a history and need to progress through stages. During the call there are questions which need to be answered (with some fields being populated from other areas). There needs to be a dashboard view, where you can eaily see what stages you are at with each call, and what actions need to be taken on the calls. From this dashboard view you need to be able have a quick link into the next call, bringing up the history of previous calls. There needs to be a way to import data from external sources, and to be able to identify which data was imported and which data has been amended or added by the caller. One user needs rights to view all callers and info in the system.
