Hello,
I've searched the forums for call logging, but find only sporadic mentions to include it in the next update, this going back several years.
A simple solution would be a "note to task" option, where your note (call log, in this instance) can be given a follow up date and defacto become a task, without losing the integrity of being a note (important client information, and not just a to-do list).
Will this be possible soon? Or are you implementing call logs in another way?
