Call log pop-up stopped working on Samsung Note 2.
I've been trying out mobile Zoho CRM for 4 days. Until today I could place a call from contacts and when finished, a question would pop-up asking if I wanted to log this call. I could then enter call details as needed (a very convenient feature). Today this feature stop working now i.e. no pop-up questions, just return to contact screen when calls are ended. I have not installed any other software since Zoho CRM, and tried reinstalling it today, but still no joy.
Also could not find any settings that may have disabled this function.
Any help will be appreciated.
