Call Logging...Best Practices???
Anyone out there do any call logging? If so how do you do it?
Currently there is not a very efficient way to log a call. If you make it an activity, you have to schedule it like its a future event and then it will download into Outlook, making the Outlook sync even slower, but if you make it a note, you can't tie it to a product.
How are you sales people out there logging calls?
