"Call NOW"' button doesn't show up for one user
Hi,
I've on-boarded a new user by giving him the same role and same profile as other sales rep in our org but only for him he cannot see the button "Call now" in the lead module.
Testing with other users for the same leads, he is the only one who can't access this button.
Can you please help me to resolve this issue and tell me how to control if the button should appear or not?
