Call pop ups

I noticed that using this CRM and other Web based CRM's there is not a call log. The call log being a list of customers or accounts you are suppose to call for the day that are set up as well as a pop up via an alarm functionality. I have really only seen this in Direct software (not web based). Is this something that could be added, or if it is there, where is it.
