Call Schedulling

Hi,

I'm testing out Zoho as a CRM and I've brought all my leads I want to schedule calls to for the sales staff. How do I get Zoho to automatically schedule calls for leads I tried using Automation and Workflow Rules but I couldn't get it to work. There are a few hundred leads and I'd hate to have to manually schedule them all for initial contact.
