Call Status or Call Result
Hi,
I need to display,
ON THE DESKTOP CUSTOMER VIEW CLOSED ACTIVITIES SECTION (see attachment),
last call(s) Result (or Status?) in terms of "Busy line", "Call again within...", "No answer", She/he'll call you back".
Is it possible?
Same question as far as integration with the Zoho CRM MOBILE APP: on the Log-this-call popup view, after a call ends on my mobile, there seems to be no field allowing to log such an information to then appear on the Closed Activities Section where the Call is logged (attachment).
On the Desktop Customer View Closed Activities Section, the Status field (see attachment) could, may be, leave place to such an information. Indeed, the Status of a Closed activity is only one: Closed (or Completed), so it brings no real information and could leave place to another field.
