We used to be able to make certain fields mandatory in the Calls module. Now with the changes, we are no longer able to. We had description of call marked as to our business was pointless just logging calls for the sake of logging a call. We needed to know what the call was about and any follow up. Now we are getting 100s of calls logged with no description and its getting very frustrating. Not to mention, your Mobile app is set wrong when logging a call - trying to tell people yes, type the description in the "Reason for Incoming Call" area - makes perfect sense.
