Hi, I think it would be great to have a "Call" list management separated from the "Tasks/Events" management. In some CRMs I saw a Calls Log system where you can register all calls with a date and hour, a duration time, a subject, a description (where you can put the call contents), a reminder and a tool for "snooze" the call reminder.
