Im sure that Zoho doesnt test the full fuctionality of changes they make. I have an issue with the changes made to calls:
The CRM and CRM Mobile are not aligned in any way
We used to have the Description of the call mandatory as 99% of calls logged are outgoing - now on the browser we have lost the description area that I had marked mandatory
I can no longer edit someone elses calls - even as a Admin - but I am allowed to delete someones call no problems.
On the mobile app - I have extra fields like "Dialled Number" (isnt the app supposed to know what number I called) and "Caller ID" (what is this for exactly) - but when I look at the module on the module customisation hose fields dont even exist. Than if I make an outgoing call, the area "Reason for Incoming Call" shows.
Seriously - our reports are all over the place - and im really tired of having to go back and fix reports because Zoho take it upon themselves to just change things (and make them system driven so I can not change it)
