Hi, 

There are so many call issues that keep repeating when the reps try to call. 

They cannot heat the callee or sometimes the caller cannot hear the reps calling. 

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 

Checking with Twilio also has come back to Zoho CRM having issues. 

Can someone please help to resolve this?
