So I have been watching a tutorial about Calls workflows and I do not have the trigger options that are in the video. As you can see below, there are triggers for missed call, outgoing call etc.
This is clearly an older version of Zoho CRM from 2020 above so maybe it has just been changed but I only have the typical created, created/edited, edited, deleted triggers. The ones above are clearly more useful for the call module so I wouldn't think this would be reverted but who knows.
If not, how do I get the triggers in the screen above? My only trigger options are in screen below.
