Campaign going to Spam

Hello,
I am sending out a campaign but this campaign (and the previous three) are going to my Spam when I send the test. I have tried several test accounts, but mostly they aree going to Spam. I have read the guidelines Do's and Don'ts, - my subject line for this campaign is 2013 Campaign.

This is very frustrating for me as I don't know whether my customers are receiving their emails or not.

Could you please help?
