I'm relatively new to Zoho so I'm looking to you more savvy folk to help me here.

Is it possible to have the act of a recipient opening a campaign email work as a trigger to change the status of that recipient.

for example:

If I wanted to change the status of a lead from a category of aware to that of potentially interested based on their opening an email, is it possible and how would I do this please.
