I am trying to authenticate my domain in Zoho Campaigns and I am receiving this message:
This domain has already been verified in another account. If you'd still like to use it for this account, please contact support (at) zohocampaigns (dot) com for further assistance.
When I was first looking at Zoho I signed up for a Zoho One trial account. In this account I tried many of the apps. After the trial I decided that for now Zoho One is more than I need as I am a freelancer/small business.
I deleted the old account and later created a new account to start fresh and I signed up for Workplace and Bigin. I imagine maybe the problem with the domain is from the old account maybe - but this account is deleted.
Please can you help me to authentic my domain in this account, I am ready to start sending my first campaigns.
I have already emailed support (at) zohocampaigns (dot) com several days ago with this information and including my user id and the domain in question ago have so far have received no assistance.
