Hi,anyone help ....

Campaigns is no longer Synching to our ZOHO CRM, and i can't understand why. When I try and synch, it says our organisation is already synched- but on the main page it says it isn't... it's so confusing..

I've tried to follow all the guidance and try and rectify this but i'm going round in circles ... 

can anyone help or guide me on what to do
