Hi there

I’ve just started using Campaigns and I’ve been making use of the placeholder inserts available when constructing the email.

However, in my contacts in CRM rather than have a first name and last name field I put their full name into the last name field.

Now that decision is coming back to bite me!

If I want to start an email with hello $first name$ I can’t (as the field is empty). 

Instead I have been using $full name$ which works fine. 

So what I’m asking is is there a way to either…

(a) have Zoho recognise an insert based on Full Name but have it only include up to the [space] thereby only displaying the first name, or

(b) in CRM somehow, magically, convert all 2 name “Last Names” (eg. LASTNAME: Rob Fowler) to two separate “First Name” and “Last Name” fields (eg. FIRSTNAME: Rob, LASTNAME: Fowler)?

I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that I think I know what the answer to this is going to be… Sadly!

Any help and expertise here would be very much appreciated.
