Campaigns Workflow Automation not Triggering on Updating Field Change

In Zoho Campaigns, I have a Workflow Automation. It's an email campaign for existing or new contacts who request an ebook. If they submit a Zoho Form through my website, the form will update Zoho CRM and change the custom checkbox field "Ebook Download: yes/true."

This custom field is synced from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns.

I have an Automation Workflow set up to trigger when the field is changed to true (On Updating Field), but the automation is not triggering.

I've tested this on multiple contacts. Their info in the Campaigns contact list is changing to true, but they are not entering the workflow.

Please help.
