Can't download Outlook Edition - greyed out
Under setup > Personal Settings > Outlook Edition is greyed out. I am using Outlook 7 - is that the problem?
The reason I want to use Outlook Edition is based on what I have found (or not found) so far. It appears that the only way I will be able to sync with a hand held device (other than Palm) - I have an old Toshiba e350 - I need to use the Outlook Edition and synchronize between Zoho CRM & Outlook and then back to my handheld.
Has anyone else done this?
I have never synchronized with 3 different points - only 2 in the past. Frankly, I would like to eliminate Outlook as the middleware, but it appears I don't have a choice. Please advise.
